SUP YOGA

SUP Yoga school – qualified instructors.

Our goal is to share, explore and experiment the synergy amongst YOGA and STAND UP PADDLE.

Undoubtedly, SUP YOGA is a singular experiential path; we will share the same purpose: transform our thoughts, feelings and ways of doing.

Classes include joint warm-up, sun salutations,balance poses, breathing and meditation.

We highly recommend to have Stand-Up Paddle basic skills.

The best time to practice is early in the morning or late in the afternoon;from 12 pmto 6 pm there is a high probability of thermal winds that cause water to be unsteady.

What will you need?

  • Be well hydrated
  • Comfortable clothes
  • High sun protection SPF50 +
  • Before class begins,we will take a dip in the sea to refresh and clear our minds.
