STAND UP PADDLE COURSE (SUP)

SUP is one of the fastest growing water sports, both nationally and internationally, and its suitable for all kinds of people.

It offers you great benefits, among which we can highlight:

Introductory and advanced courses are taught with a range of 5 students per instructor to ensure fully personalized teaching.

The courses include the necessary equipment to carry out the activity, a qualified instructor, liability and accident insurance.

Introductory course

Content

  • Basic guidelines for navigation knowledge.
  • Board and Paddle parts.
  • Properbody position to gain balance.
  • Paddling technique correct position.
  • Changing hands.
  • Board controlin order to attain desired direction.
  • Basic turn.

Advance course

Content
includes correction video for most advanced levels.

  • Understanding the environment: currents, tides, seabed and wind.
  • Rowing technique improvementby adopting an optimal position to guarantee a better performance.
  • Different types of paddling.
  • Clear directions avoiding drifts
  • 360º turning technique.
  • Introduction on how to surf waves.
  • PAS protocol.

Courses are organized according to sea conditions.
